Amazing food, overall comfortable place.

Everything is fairly clean and great. Fine and huge units available with a mini fridge which was very useful, a nice view, music. Perfect magnificent location, very close to the restaurant we wanted to go to. And so close to great location to the magnificent mile, and Michigan Avenue.

We had a king room with an individual safe, air conditioner, and a minibar. The location was amazing and super in the dolce restaurant.

Totally recommend for a walk in evening

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with great amenities such as hot water pressure and a silent minifridge. Easy access to the CTA train just a short walk away.

Units with a view. The location in the heart of the town was magnificent. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a great area. I've had a SUCH GREAT stay which made us leave our drinks and finish our night prematurely.

Had a lovely visit and really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the relaxing spa services that made our stay feel extra special. The only hiccup was figuring out the shower faucet, which was a bit tricky, but the rain showerhead was fantastic! If you're in the mood for a cozy boutique experience, definitely give this place a shot. 😊

fragrant lobby but unhelpful staff

Be prepared for some noise disturbances, especially from the rooftop bar late at night. It can disrupt your sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper. The valet service tends to have delays, which can be frustrating when you're ready to head out. The lack of breakfast options in the hotel leaves something to be desired, particularly for those expecting more from a place of this caliber.

Awesome vibe and great views!

Spent 3 nights in a Queen room with 2 queen beds, and it was super comfy. Staff was amazing and even brought champers when my bestie got engaged! The rooftop area's nightlife is a blast, but the club vibe can get a little loud. Loved the bar for chilling with drinks after exploring nearby pizza & dog joints.

Staying at this sleek hotel was a treat for our family! We loved the vibrant vibe and the fine architecture, and it was a short drive from Millennium Park, perfect for our kids. The ease of access to local attractions.

My children wished for a family-friendly play area to blow off some steam during downtime.

I loved being able to wander through the vibrant streets and parks nearby. The comfortable bed and seamless check-in process added to my enjoyable stay.

It was just a decent option for a city break in Chicago with reasonable value. Housekeeping was great-my daughter's hoodie was FedExed back to us right after we called. For a quiet stay, ask for a room on the 13th floor.

My previous visits to chicago never felt this comfortable, as the executive king room was spacious and well-appointed. The location was perfect for exploring and the rooftop bar was a fantastic evening spot.
